Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

Families First Coronavirus Response Act

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires certain public employers and private employers with fewer than 500 employees to provide their employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. Each covered employer must post in a conspicuous place on its premises a notice of FFCRA requirements. Any employees working remotely, must have access to these publications.  These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.

  • Employee Rights: Paid Sick Leave and Expanded Family and Medical Leave under The Families First Coronavirus Response Act
  • Federal Employee Rights: Paid Sick Leave and Expanded Family and Medical Leave under The Families First Coronavirus Response Act

The required posters can be found at our website (www.DeltaInsuranceAdvisors.com).  Look for the tab marked Resources, and drop down to 'Important Files.'          #DIA
